A few remains are so well preserved we can tell what color they were by looking at the melanosomes under microscope! Each color is tied to a specific shaped melanosome and while the color itself is not here, the melanosomes are still the same shaped!
Take a glimpse at the creatures of a bygone era in their glory!
Caihong looked like a fuckin scenemosaur with its colorful iridescent neck feathers and
black body feathers!
Don't tell me Microraptor was not a goth-o-raptor or emoraptor!
Anchiornis was literally a jurassic punk with its red mohawk and its black+white colors!

Just look at Tupandactylus too, def looks like some punk creature with the black feathers and the orange-red crestConclusion: RAWR XD really does mean i love you in dinosaur!
