Hobbs on Happiness

Though the following from Hobbs' "Leviathan," has a few obvious holes, namely, meditation and Transcendentalism; both of which can get one close to "Tranquillity." However, he notes, "perpetual," and here lies the warning, there will never be a time where a person lacks worry.
