i need some advice on friendships(vent post)

so im friends with a girl at school and the problem is that she always makes me very uncomfortable but idk how to tell her. she's homophobic transphobic and she always mocks me for my interests and my art style then says what she said was just her opinion. ive told her multiple times to stop harassing me for stuff i like but she just doesnt understand. she also touches me without permission sometimes . she either grabs my hair or  touches me really close to my private parts thinking its funny .at a point i got mad and slapped her and since then she stopped touching me but she refuses to stop being mean.she also sometimes talks about how she believes being part of the lgbtq is wrong which really upsets me(im a girl that likes girls tho im not exactly sure if im bi or a lesbian).ive tried avoiding her and simply running away from her but then she started gossiping abt me.im really unsure how to make her leave me alone without being mean.I also dont know if i should try to make her understand what shes doing is wrong or end our friendship.if you have any idea of which is a better thing to do pls tell me!
