I haven't played AC in probably about a year, but it was a really good way to distract myself during the first lockdown, especially when I was temporarily out of work. After playing a few hours literally every day, I kinda ran out of steam to play, so I'm excited to see if this Direct will bring to interest me in picking it up again.

You can pick an island and then design the home for the villager, and their yard/home, even the season and time!
You can even make the home longer and wider, and add partitions to change how it looks.
You get special currency "Poki" that you can buy "rare furniture that might be hard to find on your island" with
