anxiety attack

so context our school has a study hall type class period where we r supposed to sign up to go places at the beginning of the week and i signed up for biology yesterday and today, with a theatre one tomorrow. turns out it got changed and i ignored the email because i wasnt expecting that so i showed up late and now i most likely will have a tardy because i had to walk across campus as the bell was ringing for class to start. i almost cried when i got there and i had an anxiety/panic attack when i got to class and no one was there except for this one kid ++ i am exhausted because we had a concert last night and i was onstage the whole time minus solos. i want to sob uncontrollably.
