I added the playlist of background music and a tracklist sidebar for it (which took way too long). i might play around with the text colors n such with that but i think all the hard coding stuff is done. i should be able to update the playlist and then the tracklist pretty easily so the music will be subject to change fairly often!!
now i need to fix the problem that my blinkies keep changing. as much as i would love to dive into that tonight, it's 11pm where i am and i have to work at 8:30 tomorrow so i should probably leave well enough alone and got to sleep.

That's so cool! I've been wanting to add more stuff to, is it hard to do?
i've taken a class in web programming before (and got a C, yikes) so i have somewhat of a background but with computer science most of it is stuff you can just learn how to do yourself, esp if you don't care about doing it the "proper" way. I would say if there's something you want to do just google "how to do ___ in html/css". W3schools is a really good resource for html/css and there's a million youtube tutorials i'm sure. a really good thing to know is if you right click on something and hit "Inspect" it will show you the code details of that attribute and you can mess around with those until it looks how you want it.
