Having an axolotl is so fun (warning lil gross)

Ok first things first heres my lotl

His name is Caspian Loki (Ciel for short) and ive had him for a lil over a year now

Now when i got him i did a lotta research about taking care of him and signs of when something is wrong etc etc all the necessary stuffs

what i DIDNT learn about is that sometimes when you feed them worms they will wiggle out through the gills, so you can imagine my utter terror at watching a worm coming out of Cas' gills

Its normal and perfectly fine but it was still really scary at first

Also feeding him worms is hit or miss bc sometimes he will just hold the worm like in the first pic and sit like that for however long, or hell slurp that shit down faster than i can blink

its a lil funny

i wish i could draw like a hat or mustache on his tank but whenever i try he just moves so its bluh

but yeah i love him so much hes a homie
