Is there anybody out there?

I was sad to see that MySpace93 shut down. I suppose it was inevitable, given the fact that although there were a lot of users, only a few were consistently active.  But the fact it drew in so many people in the first place gives me hope that maybe a MySpace style social network could survive in this day and age, even as just a niche corner of the internet. I think that would be a beautiful thing.

I'm probably not going to be crazy active here either, but I'll pop in every now and again to see what's new. Maybe make more blog posts like this one where I ramble about whatever comes to mind.
