today's a big day

so i'm a computer technician at a local repair shop - it's my first professional tech support job. today they have me going out in the field with THE best of the best for a very big enterprise job. it'll be hands down the biggest job i've ever done, and along the way i'm going to learn a lot. i just hope i'm up to the task - i dream of being on this guy's level someday
