Now that Phantasy Reverie is out and more people are playing Klonoa than ever before, I can't base my entire personality around liking Klonoa 2 lmao /jk It is really crazy to think that it has already sold over 1 million copies when the original games only sold around 500k combined o:

I was debating on whether to get it on Switch or PS5 but after playing the demos I found out that the framerate on the Switch was HORRIBLE x.x So needless to say, I will be getting on PS5 lmao It's also very very pleasing that they used the original audio for nearly all of the sound effects and voice acting which was something that I was concerned about back when they initially announced the game. I won't be able to give a full assessment until I've been able to play more but so far, I can confirm as a veteran Klonoa 2 player/speedrunner that the game is an exact copy as far as level layout/timing goes which was another concern that I had going into it.

Very much looking forward to being able to play the full game ^-^
