Wanna make my own layout

ugh i wanna make my own layout. Nothing against the person who make my current layout, its super cute and awesome but i wanna get funky a little bit. express myself more. customize up the wahoo >3<

but its been a hot sec since i screwed around in anything html or css related and im not used to using sites as templates @@@@ its alot easier working from the ground up honestly (sounds weird but i started on neocities so thats kinda why)
