I was good fell asleep then was woke up by knee pain from hurting my knee a month ago

I was walking fast across the room trying to see an ambulance go by and suddenly I heard a loud pop and then alot of pain ... mostly now pain when laying in bed...not so much when walking now...

Well thank you....was actually my bf cat....she was a little mean to my cat but my cat still missed her...new here so trying to figure this place out...
