It's not a link. From your 'Home' page click on 'Edit Profile' Then paste the CSS layout code into the box 'About me:' The code should begin with a style tag and end with /style tag See the 'Layouts' link at the top of every page for the layout code samples Hope this helps
Also: to copy the code from a 'Layout' page sample, navigate down to 'Code:' , put your cursor in the box and do a ctrl-a to select all, then do ctrl-c to copy. Then do a ctrl-v in your profile to paste the code into the 'About me' box
