Heard 'Em Say

I guess not everyday will be full of sadness or being down and out. I just realized that I find some small happiness with helping a colleague and an acquaintance as well. I felt good, as what Adam Levine sings on the chorus, "And nothing last forever but be honest babe, It hurts but it may be the only way". I guess you just have to face everything and rise above it. Sadness feels like a bad weather that will pass away, you just have to embrace that not everyday is happy day. There are days that you just have to hold tight.
