(conversation) how to stay disciplined as a DIY artist?

What's uuuuuuup?

I've had this account for a while but haven't used it yet. I'm trying to start posting more frequently about my music and my artwork (I do a couple kinds of music, some painting and inking as well) but I lose motivation for posting as well as creating because I'm busy (and neurodivergent lol). Any tips for how to motivate yourself/stay disciplined without hating on yourself?
