A tiny vent(ignore if you can't comfort me)

The thing is I change crushes almost every day! And it's not like they look or act the same they are all so different. It's weird to me, maybe it's just hormones but I kind of feel offended when my friend picks on me for it... And I don't want to confront her about it because she is already really mean to e and says I overreact. Am I over reacting? Am I annoying? I want to get myself away from her but it's to hard! We are in a friend group of four/three (depends) but they all seem to really like her. I am closest to her. When I talked to her ex-bff she told me that (let's call her mia)  Mia was also toxic to her when they were friends. So from my pro detective work I found when she gets comfy with people she abuses them verbally because that's just her luv language. A toxic love language that I will try my best to get rid of.
