best friends or lovers?

ok so my best friend and I were roleplaying in his room like we usually do right, then they started making out with me and so like ok cool we're in chrc this is all fine and dandy. then. then we continued to make out even out of chrc and I'm like damn ok wtf. like i have a feeling they like me but they aren't allowed to date afab people bc his mom said so, like wtf am I supposed to do?? I'm so confused!!
