Synth-heavy post punk but not like that cos there's a heavy melodic hardcore influence? good genre whatever. One of the all time great bass tones - the bass on this album is honestly incredible, the way it carries the melody and sustains with this fat synthy fuzz tone I love it holy shit. Vocals are really distinct and you'll be like omg they sound like someone but you won't be able to figure out who they sound like (maybe patrick flynn but not rly)
