well for one if you like game such as Quake or Doom, you'll feel right at home with this one, if you like blood everywhere and the hellish noises of the underworld, this game is also for you, if you still need more convincing, here's a quick review of ULTRAKILL.

ULTRAKILL is basically if you wished for the Doom reboot, but said "could it be seasoned with PS1 level graphics and godly amounts of movement mechanics AND over the top weapons made for ripping enemies limb from limb please?'. the tag line being "MANKIND IS DEAD, BLOOD IS FUEL, HELL IS FULL." you have to deliver with such a tagline and title and boy does it deliver.

in ULTRAKILL you play machine named V1, after the extinction of mankind happens you drop in and basically zoom past levels while fighting waves of the damned, collecting their blood, and finally looking badass while doing it. currently the entirety of the PROLOGUE and ACT 1 is out, with only some of ACT 2 out (fully comes out later this summer!!!), but it is more than enough to have fun with the game and go bat shit crazy in it (19 levels in total). levels are either narrow quick turns that you have to land or else you will FALL OFF, or open areas that most likely have something deadly like super hot sand (wink wink). alongside the levels the game has constantly changing gimmicks that when just when you feel like you've had enough fun with it, it'll throw it out and give you something new to play with. your arm can throw back enemy fire? yeah that's cool and all, but how about a new arm that can literally blast the demons away? all in all the game is constantly throwing new weapons and gimmicks at you  in the early levels, that when you finish the game and enter the game's endless mode "The Cyber Grind" you'll have everything at you're disposal to rip and tear the demons while listening to the best song to kill demons by.

if you enjoy fast paced, movement based, and difficult PS1 looking fps, ULTRAKILL is the game you should absolutely try, just because it is unfinished with a fraction of story content, it is still being worked on and you should check the dev's YT channel Hakita for upcoming content for the game, besides that though you should PLAY THE GAME!!!

p.s: it was 5 am when i wrote this, i know this "review" is bad, and i definitely left things out about the game that definitely need more praise , but that's just all more the reason to PLAY ULTRAKILL!!!
