The World Inside of Me

I watch myself fade away,

My soul that I gave away;

Is corrupt ,

In each line I construct;

I can see many tears;

Drowning on this same page,

I've had a couple heavy years,

Loving alcohol cuz henny clears

My messed mind,

So many fears,

Which is why;

I want to end time,

This life is diabolical ,

Oh, this life is comical ,

I led a prodigal life;

Never been a methodical guy,

I'm grimey,

Getting high nightly;

For my troubled head,

This is where all my struggles led,

Popping pills; a subtle death ,

Awaiting the light in the tunnel ahead,

Can't give in, I must shovel dread
