I miss a blog category Science and Technology. I would like to add some content in that category, but the only current category that halfway fits is "Web, HTML, Tech" isn't suitable for most scientific topics or technology that isn't related to Web and HTML.

How are blog categories added or who does that? Is there a way that I can add a category by myself?
