Broken

I’ve been up since 6am it is currently 2:11am Monday morning. I got the kids to sleep at around 8-8:30pm. They are both now up and wide awake with no sleep in the future. Their father is sitting on his ass on his phone not giving a shit. Not helping. Not telling my three year old to go to sleep. I NEED SLEEP IM LOOSING MY FUUCKING MIND!!!!!!!!!!!
