hashtag overthinkingsukz

i think i need to take sometime to stop thinking so much, like, the amount of friends I've lost/blocked bc of my overthinking iz a bit to much imo !! idk, big red flag- but once i start thinking to hard itz not easy to stop I dunno whyz. someone could leave me on read for a couple dayz (most of the time on accident) and I'd create millions of reasons or fake storiez about how they hate me and are gonna leave me or smth, then I block them b4 "they can block me" itz so dumb idk why I think like this T-T
