Published my new technical specification, link in blog post!

For the past 2 years I've been working on ways to prevent rogue base-stations (also known as "IMSI Catchers") from being able to circumvent cell selection procedures in the Radio Resource Control (RRC) protocol and subvert otherwise trusted communications necessary for real-time applications.

Here is the culmination of that effort, the technical specification for what I call "Cell Selection Integrity Verification", or just CSIV for short.
