im not sure if you mean for blogs, comments, a whole new section for photos or whatever but you can put photos into blog posts and bulletins by pressing the button with the tree on the bar in the text box and putting the image link into the box that should pop up
if you dont mean that i guess you can just post image links if something wont support them?
