I wish my mom would let me foster kittenz

But she woooooonnnttt uuuuuuggghhhhggggggggggggghgg

She says it's because we live in a house that's too small and we have too many people/pets already, and I get that but like it's SOOO frustrating >:/

She won't even let me get a snake!! And snakes stay in one confined spot!!
