A good cheese sandwich

I recently made one of the best homemade cheese sandwiches in my life, it consisted of your usual grocery store cheese (I used Eden cheese), what was left of the bag of Tex Mex, some parmesan, and butter on the other piece of bread.

I then toasted it open-face for I think 7 minutes.

It was really good.

I enjoyed it a lot.
