website how to make????

I want to make a “homework” website with valid homework help for different subjects but there’s a hidden link you can click that would take you to a private website where you can play pirated retro games but it’s private so it wouldn’t be able to be found and blocked as easy by a school administrator. Is that even possible?? Can I make a website that can’t be found by a system. I want to make school laptops a lil less shitty and able to play games.
