I'm late to this, but you can visit the "layouts" section up at the top and once you find a layout that you like, you copy and paste the code into your "about me" section on your profile :)

There is a layout section on here that has some pretty cool options.
Or if you want to completely customize your profile yourself I found a youtube video that can help. :)
