I'm so excited to share more info about Dawn Fall with you!
Firstly, look at this gorgeous art! I love it so so much! Let's evaluate it!
There's a lot to evaluate!
Firstly, the name!
This version of BRS is called "Black Rock Shooter (Empress)"
I wonder what this entails! It follows the same naming rule as other versions (besides the parentheses, but I think you can go without them and it will be fine.)
Secondly, the outfit.
That's a gun... not a thigh bag... my bad lmao
the top and whatever the neck thing is called is much clearer, odd choice but it's pretty cool! Also the hairline seems to be really uneven. I find that interesting. The jeans are just as weird as they looked in the original leaked art.
NOW lets dig into the background
Here there are 2 different shoes, one that is high and the other very short. Another case of asymmetrical shoes/ asymmetrical design. Interesting! You can also see the blue flame going thru the whole body, I wonder if that's just for aesthetic reasons in this art or if it has a genuine purpose.
There's these things floating in the background, and people noticed a design on it so someone brightened it up and did some editing to make it more visible. It looks like a flower pattern to me... I wonder what roles these play.
and finally... a reference sheet!
This looks weird here cause of formatting, the background is slightly transparent since it was for use on the website. Apologies.
Here we also get a clear look at the uneven hair, and whole outfit! Great for cosplayers :) These designs and drawings are really pretty but it truly shines its best when drawn by Huke himself! That's why I personally love the original reveal art. I hope we'll get to see more Dawn Fall art by Huke in the future.
