my mental health has been real bad sense school has been back so hard to do some self care after cause I always have no time and it doesn’t help at all I’m having problems with someone I thought was gonna be a good friend on top of that I had to dose up on My mood stabilizers  for my  bipolar depression and borderline personality because my moods have not been the best -rose
