Updates on The First One

As a whole, recording is roughly 75% done. A few of the tracks that are closer to being complete include Bloom And Doom (from my song-a-week project), Horse Hallway (you can listen to a more recent demo on SoundCloud), and IT Cat (initially demoed during FAWM). At a guesstimate, the album will probably be around 30 minutes in length, with bonus tracks on digital downloads and physical copies.

Oh yeah, physical copies! Right, so get this - our stuff attracted the attention of a very cool record label ran by some very cool people. I don't think we can say much yet, but the idea is that they'll do physicals for both the album proper and single (which will probably drop on mini-CD, a format I personally adore). Get excited if you like holding physical objects!

We plan on the album releasing this summer, but we'll see how it turns out - we want this to be as good as it can possibly be before releasing. After all, it has taken us a year and a half.
