Straight boy rant.

I am gay, and what really sucks is a straight boy giving signals. Like he never says he is straight, never makes comments about liking a girl. He says good night with little red hearts every night. He goes on long rants when you come to him upset, ranting on and on about how wonderful you are and that you make his world so much better. He talks about how perfect you are sometimes. He is aways there for you, even when you are sick he urges you to make tea and relax, checking in every few hours to see if you are getting better. He saves your photos to his phone and gushes over my art work too. He always says he loves listening to me talk about my interests too. So with even his friends saying "Shoot your shot" I confessed over text only to receive a message that said " Aww thats so sweet, But Im not gay".  Even after I had told him I was gay when we first met, and told him to always be blunt and never play flirt, he did all those things anyway. It broke my heart. So curse you straight boys who give signals you don't mean, or who play flirt with a gay boy who told them to never do that. Its already hard enough being queer as it is, and i dont need falling for affectionate straight men to be an issue. Im tired of the rejection. I wish he could have just liked boys.
