i wish i had a med card (cw: smoking)

i dont think im eligible to get a weed med card, i got bad anxiety, ptsd, and mild depression though..... but im sure my dad especially wont allow, so best i can do is hang with my in town friend and catch some second hand smoke ig, btw cannabis incense smells good but doesnt smell like weed, burnt or otherwise.
