Last night was really rough. I cried for a while. I've been having many mixed feelings, to many things all happening at once. First a breakup, then 2 parties, and then confonting someone. I'm not sure what to do right now.
How do I handle my feelings?

While it's understandibly easier said than done perhaps of yorje able to do so, try and make some alone time for yourself and watch a film you find comforting or listen to your favourite music in a chill space to try and help clear your head
Also maybe writing out your feelings/frustrations in a notebook or somewhere else might help to clear your head and let some of the negative emotions out in a healthy way
Either way I hope that you feel at least a little bit better soon 🖤🖤
