Hey, SpaceHey.

Honestly, I'm just trying new things and checking out new places to keep myself occupied and excited to see what'll happen next. It's hard for me to stay focused on one thing for long and I expect myself to either find something better to occupy myself with in time or, perhaps, I'll get tired of SpaceHey and find something else to tickle the folds of my grey matter.

For now, however, I hope I can meet some interesting folks and find out about new things on here. Maybe I'll learn something about myself along the way. If my excursion onto the website lasts long at all.

Anyway, I guess all I can say is that this place looks pretty chill and interesting enough. There's potential here. I wonder if I can actually find entertainment from this place.

I wasn't really around during MySpace's prime, as you probably know. I was born back in '99 so I grew up in this strange era where the '90s were just fading away and the 2000s had jumped into full swing. My father has a word for people like us:

He describes folks like me as those who were born too late to be Millennials and born too early to be Zoomers. I mean, I suppose that's accurate. The fact that I grew up listening to Weezer, Linkin Park, Green Day, Uncle Kracker, Avenged Sevenfold, and Gorillaz while watching Hannah Montana, Spongebob, Sharkboy and Lavagirl, The Matrix, Spy Kids, Ed, Edd n Eddy, Wacko's Modern Life, Danny Phantom, and Wizard's of Waverly Place speaks volumes of my childhood already.

You know, I could go on and on about all the types and pieces of media that I grew up with but I've probably already bored those who've taken to reading this crappy little blog post long enough.

So, it's pretty late and I have work tomorrow at 5pm. Sure, that's not very early at all but I don't trust myself enough to wake up until 10, at least. Even then, I still have to finish my laundry (which will likely take 3 hours) and take a shower before making myself breakfast and lunch, simultaneously, as two separate meals.
