Title basically. I have a treadmill and two five pound weights but I seem to struggle doing more than walk the treadmill. I'm a weak person so I get tired out very easily, which is why I need to work out in the first place. Is there any little things I can do daily to build up stamina and strength?
Anybody know of any at home beginner friendly workout routines?
