And that's a wrap for the Drift League 2021 season.
The team placed 4th in the final round of The Drift League Proam competition at Willow Springs International Raceway oval track. Lots of cars crashed and lots of cars killing it with highly talented drivers making the entry pretty intimidating, but we held our energy well keeping positive and focused every minute we are there.
I am super proud of Alex Anderson and the massive progression he has made since I started working as spotter for him in the beginning of this year. His willingness to push through his comfort zone and trusting his talent to take him far has beeen exciting to whiteness. With the support of his wife Stephanie Anderson and Austin Kregle and Jj Blotkamp crewing to keep his car in shape and on time for each battle, he was able to keep his head in the game with far less stress.
I also learned so much more than I thought I would being apart of his team. Spotting in a proam series has given me so much to understand about the sport and respect for the people putting this level of competition events together for the grassroots drivers to grow into true professionals. Through our mistakes and victories, we kept it together every round and came out on top no matter the outcome. Thank you guys for the awesome and educational opportunity, and I cant wait to work with you all again in the future!
