Random progress! :)

So for the past two weeks me and my mother have been doing yard work, and I just wanted to share my progress and stuff! So we started off mowing the front lawn, and then my grandfather made me weed whack the entire back lawn instead of mowing it which took fucking forever. Afterwards we went over the both the front and back again with the lawn lower on a lower setting, trimmed the edges, killed the weeds in the cracks, and laid down some mulch. Then this week, I planted begonias, marigolds, petunias, oregano, parsley, chives, mint, and cilantro. We cut down these weird ass bamboo looking things in the backyard as well as some branches, we sprayed around the fence and house with weed killer, burned all the weeds and branches we cut down, and then I started working on cutting up this giant branch that fell so we could burn that too. Today we ended off with spraying the yard with bug killer. So tomorrow I’m gonna have to finish cutting up that branch, then I’m gonna have to mow this small patch of grass where the branch was and where it was blocking. Then sometime this month we’re getting the giant pine tree in front of our house cut down, our deck washed and stained, and we’re cleaning out our gutters and roof. I think next week we’re gonna put down the fertilizer and water our grass. Now I know not many people care about this but like my yard looked like shit and it’s really looking nice now, and I’m proud of all the work I put into it.
