these tips obviously dont work for anyone but just a few that helped me and some of my friends, so i thought i´d share them, who knows maybe they`ll help someone!
1. Try taking a lot of small sips or drink with a straw (i know this sounds like someone would drink even less them but better a bit the nothing)
2. Im not sure if im just very childish but it personally helped me to put a few drops of food colouring in water, because then it looked fun ^^
3. If you just simply forget it a lot, try to place these small water bottles everywhere you spent alot of time, ex. Workdesk, bed, living room
4. if its because of the taste of water, try sirup (i know its not as healthy in the long run, but its still hydration)
