So action scene is about mitch [the artist] he struggled with agoraphobia [an anxiety disorder which makes you avoid any places or situations which could cause any embarrassment] The lyrics for this song probably refer to how mitch sees  the world, like looking at the world from tv his fear brought his mind to an action scene.
