Romance and why I hate it.

Dear Online Losers, 

 Let's get this out of the way, I do not actually hate romance, I'm actually a very romantic person and love the gushy adrenaline rush of it. But nowadays it seems like an honest and trust worthy partner's are rare to find..like, a species of birds that with each passing second they go extinct. Now, why is that? I mean the past years or so I saw couples everywhere, and I mean- everywhere. So where have they gone? Did they all decided that a 12 year vacation was needed from carrying a relationship for so long? Maybe, or perhaps its the fact that.. Love isn't how it use to be?

 Think about it. When was the last time you were swept off your feet and thrown into an emotion of fluff and softness? I don't fuckin remember. All relationships I see now have so many red flags that either party ignored because "They aren't like other people" or "The love of my life" the classic, and I get sometime love blinds you but- there has to be a clear line...right? But truly, tell me; When was the last time you were so sure, you were quote on quote "in love" only for that romance to vanish? Or when was the last time you, the reader were drowned in such heart throb joy that a smile couldn't be wiped off your face no matter what. 

 I want to say my generation is- uh how do I say this in the most nicest way? Desperate bitches. That’s a nice way to put it- besides that, I know five different people begging to have a relationship no matter the person..yet when someone offers the first thing they say is- 

"No...Not you." 

But didn't you say, anyone? Their anyone- It makes me laugh at them. We now know you don’t mean anyone, you just mean the chick that sits two rows across from you in that math class. It’s stupid to think that romance will come just because you are desperate, romance and love come when you least expect them to. It’s a whole development, it’s a story and the person that you will cherish comes at the climax and will be the ending chapters of your book.
