Prob going to stay off social media for a bit

Might still make a private post for friends every once in a while and be active for instant messages, but I don't think publicly posting is good for my metal health right now. Just going to focus on school. Probably going to delete all my academic article of the week posts since they're pretty much me putting the kick me sign on my own back.
