I CANT WITH THIS SHIT

how do i tell him how i feel without upsetting him i cant do this i cant i want to tell him that i feel as tho he only ever does or shares stuff when im not there ever since i deleted insta he is more active but when i was on insta he rarely posted anything i dunno it might just be that i took up a lot of his time i guess…. this sucks i dunno what to do i just want to be back to normal I FUCKING HATE MYSELF THE TEMPTATION IS IS SO ITS SO SO TEMPTING I JUST WANNA CUTE MYSELF AGAIN … i cant i dunno what to do i just i hope i just hope hes not getting tired of me
