May 23' 2022 Rainy Days and Mondays

    When I got back "home"; I packed a few more boxes before a friend of ours showed up. His name is Rick (aka Charles). We sat and talked (and listened to Will Johnson on Rumble) while waiting for our other friend (and my neighbor), Nate/ James was at Rick's (and Eva's) place doing some odds and ends stuff, but then he started feeling and getting sick on his stomach. Since I had the car (due to having to go to my appointment); Rick went to go pick up James. Nate and I talked, plotted and planned the packing layout for storage. We then commenced to loading the larger furniture into his truck. I basically told him to think of it like Tetris. He said that he "sucked at the Tetris game". I laughed and said "Oh Boy". After 3 rounds of packing and loading; I looked at Nate and said "See, you DO know how to play Tetris". Of which his reply was "I just know how to stack things in spaces". I told him, "Well you completed level 1, I will be having to complete levels 2 and 3" (meaning that I will be loading up boxes and STACKING them ever so strategically in our 5'x10' storage unit..

     Got back. We thanked Nate and Rick (James had been to, and returned from, urgent care). James let me know that something was going on with his hiatal hernia and would have to have surgery. His Dr. appointment is Friday, so he will be setting all of that up then.

     We both ate out Arby's lunch/dinner and passed out for a late nap/ I woke up at 9:30pm. Caught up on notifications, and then decided to put in my entry for the day before the day ended.

  Ohh and did I mention that Today was ANOTHER Rainy Monday (have had too many of those already this year)......A nod to the song "Rainy Days and Mondays"
