red eyes staring
barely blinkingΒ
the world so dark around them
but they stare into my soul
the stars ahead fueled with their brethrenΒ
flickeringΒ
dim
then bright again
a florescent white
or is it yellow
but they sky has never seemed darker
wind and hornsΒ
tyres and yawns
the world opens up and swallows me whole
