Dissociation

So i'm currently at school, found out I can log into my space hey through the school lol. I tend to dissociate really bad when i'm at school. Feels like i'm in a dream, same thing everyday, constant routine. I'm typing all of this watching my fingers hit every key but it feels like i'm not in control. I'm sitting in class with my headphones strangely blasting First Love by Mitski. The entire class is talking but I can't hear. Today is not real for some reason.
