should i buy hypnospace outlaw?

so im sorta debating whether or not to get hypnospace outlaw. it looks really cool, and a friend of mine wants me to get it as well. the thing is, theres some other games i want too. im incredibly indecisive, so if anyone here has any thoughts, id be happy to hear them!
