idk what to do

my only friend in my town just stopped being my friend but idk how to respond. ive just been crying a lot. im exhausted cause i was finally recovering with my therapist but now my parents are exhausting and my therapist thinks theyre abusive and now my friend is gone and i really did care about him so much. like seriously hes a great person and i wish i hhad more time with him
