After a fully seizure at work, I was sent to the ER and the doctor took an interest and scheduled tests- an EEG and MRI. I took the tests, waited for the results, and discovered I have Stage One (the second stage) brain damage. We still don't know if it's the prime reason I'm having the seizures or not. We're doing blood tests to see if I'm in organ failure (liver and kidney) or if I've been poisoned by something.
Thankfully the brain damage is not structural and is most likely reversible. While the answer of some kind is nice to have, I feel angry. I feel sad. I feel like it's not a good enough answer. I have questions about how it started and why nobody is acting like brain damage, reversible or not, is not a big deal.
